Lower Columbia Fish Enhancement Group will be hosting a nutrient enhancement event. We get surplus hatchery chinook and coho salmon carcasses from the Washougal Salmon Hatchery and we distribute them throughout the Washougal watershed to disperse vital marine derived nutrients. Volunteers will help by loading the fish into the freezer or distributing the fish into the river. Please bring rain gear, rubber boots, gloves, and spare clothes/shoes to change into if yours get a little fishy.
